LOT 1: A newly completed 13,500-square-foot building is available for lease.


 

LOT 2: Opened in 2004, this 16,300-square-foot facility has space available for lease and is currently home to the following companies:

 

Center for Environmental Microbiology - The Center for Environmental Microbiology (CEM) provides analytical services in the fields of mycology and aerobiology, as well as microbiological, analytical, and consulting services in assessing bioremediation to environmental engineering consulting firms and other entities in the environmental field. CEM has direct ties to UC Riverside and employs many interns and researchers from UCR.

 

 

Ambryx Biotechnology, Inc. - Ambryx Biotechnology, Inc. founded in 1997, is targeting the development of anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory drugs through research on apoptosis (programmed cell death). Ambryx is a privately held company supported by a group of private investors. In addition to private funding, Ambryx’s research has been supported by prestigious federal grants funded by the National Cancer Institute. Currently, Ambryx owns 7 patents on anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory drugs. Two anti-cancer drugs and one anti-inflammatory drug have shown remarkable efficacy in animal studies. Ambryx will file an IND in one year, followed by human phase I and phase II studies shortly after for the anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory drugs. Ambryx currently occupies 1,800 square feet of space at the Research Park.

 

Farmers Insurance Group - The Farmers Insurance Group of Companies was founded in 1928 when Farmers Insurance Exchange, an automobile insurer, was formed. As customer demand for additional insurance services increased, the Fire Insurance Exchange and Truck Insurance Exchange were established for home and commercial insurance needs. Today, the Farmers Insurance Group of Companies is the country's third-largest writer of both private passenger automobile and homeowners insurance.

 

Nationwide Health Plans - As one of the many categories of insurance offered by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company,  Nationwide Better Health offers a wide variety of products, services and benefit options.



LOT 3: Opened in 2005, this 25,000-square-foot building has space available for lease and is home to:

 

 

Qmotions - Qmotions specializes in developing and marketing PC/Console-based active game technologies that deliver "full-motion" participation in video sports games. The Company currently markets its popular Qmotions-Golf Full Motion Game Controller, Qmotions-Baseball, Qmotions FunFitness and Qmotions-XBoard. The company was founded in March 2003 and working with market leaders, Qmotions is delivering gaming technologies that will change the way games are played.

 

Protection One - As one of the largest providers of monitored security services in the United States, Protection One and its subsidiaries provide installation, maintenance and monitoring of electronic security systems and fire systems to more than one million residential (single and multifamily residences) and commercial subscribers.

 

MHM & Associates - M.H.M. & Associates is a grant-writing, consulting and management service team which has generated more than $1 million in service to the Inland Empire. M.H.M. & Associates has extensive experience in program and budget development, human resources, office management, business and secretarial administration, communications, planning, project management, time and stress management, and interfacing with governmental and community officials.

 


LOT 5: Planned is a 35,000-square-foot building with space is available for lease. The building will be the headquarters for:

 

 

Surado Solutions - An emerging leader in the development and marketing of customer relationship management (CRM) software solutions. Surado, established nearly a decade ago, has a strong history of product innovation, long-term profitable client relationships and ability to execute plans on time and on target. Recognizing the tremendous business opportunity in the mid-market CRM arena, Surado strategically positioned itself to capitalize on its expertise in building large, powerful and complex systems as well as out-of-the-box solutions to create the "just right" solution for the mid-market. Surado CRM is easily implemented across all horizontal markets, we also offer vertical solutions spanning Banking and Finance, Healthcare, Education, Homeland Security, Manufacturing and Technology.

 


LOT 9: This 30,000-square-foot building is the headquarters for:

 

 

A-Check America - A-Check America is a nationwide and international background and drug screening company servicing more than 3,000 accounts nationally. A-Check provides a complete range of background, drug and pre-employment screening services to companies and organizations that require accurate, legally-compliant pre-employment screening practices.


 

LOT 10:  Developed in 2000, two, 12,000-square-foot buildings house the following technology companies:

 

 

Centrum Analytical Laboratories - Centrum is an environmental analytical laboratory that has been serving the needs of southern California environmental engineering firms, government, transportation and industry for over 10 years. The company specializes in quick turnaround analyses of hazardous waste in soil, vapor and water. A fixed laboratory is capable of analyzing a variety of organic and inorganic constituents including priority pollutants, fuel tank analyses, RCRA analyses and metals. In addition, the company maintains state-of-the-art mobile laboratories that provide real time results in the field. Centrum is a company with direct ties to UC Riverside as Centrum employs many interns and researchers from UCR.

 

 

Bureau of Indian AffairsThe Bureau of Indian Affairs’ (BIA) responsibility is the administration and management of 55.7 million acres of land held in trust by the United States for American Indians, Indian tribes, and Alaska Natives. There are 561 federal recognized tribal governments in the United States. Developing forestlands, leasing assets on these lands, directing agricultural programs, protecting water and land rights, developing and maintaining infrastructure and economic development are all part of the agency's responsibility. In addition, the Bureau of Indian Affairs provides education services to approximately 48,000 Indian students.

 

 

Viresco Energy, LLC – Viresco announced the construction of a pilot plant for the production of clean synthetic transportation fuels from ordinary biomass such as municipal sludge, agricultural waste, and wood. The plant will use technology developed by the University of California, Riverside Bournes College of Engineering Center for Environment Research and Technology (CE-CERT).

 


 

LOT 11:  Opened August 2003.  Space is available for lease. Houses the following companies:

 

Inland Empire Economic Partnership - The Inland Empire Economic Partnership (IEEP) is the private, non-profit regional economic development organization for the Inland Empire (which includes both Riverside and San Bernardino Counties). IEEP's core mission is the expansion and relocation of business to the Inland

Empire.

 

 

Inland Empire Small Business Development Center - The Inland Empire Small Business Development Center (SBDC), a division of the Inland Empire Economic Partnership (IEEP), provides the small businesses and entrepreneurs in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties with business assistance services from a variety of locations in the Inland Empire.
