At University Research Park we have “built to suit” opportunities that allow a tenant to work directly with a developer interest to custom design a leased facility from the ground up. Additionally, there are two lots that are available for purchase, in which a company could design and build their own facility and maintain ownership, and the City offers fast-track permit processing and inspection services.
